IN BALANCE MASSAGE THERAPY

Welcome to In Balance Massage Therapy.  

 

I graduated from The South Pacific College of Natural Medicine with a BHSc (comp Med) and a diploma in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine in 2012. During my training I received qualifications in relaxation, deep tissue, pregnancy and lymphatic drainage, with further education in hot stone massage and Thai herbal compress therapy completed in separate studies.

During clinical practice I witnessed the detrimental effects of stress and anxiety in the body and naturally gravitated toward massage.  To be able to offer a whole treatment, restoring the body to optimal health but to re energise and de stress clients with massage is most rewarding.
